Cancellations:
For dog walks, our policy is to refund 50% of the booking fee if the cancellation takes place within 3 days of the booking. If we have to cancel or if we mutually agree to a cancellation, we’ll refund or credit you in full any payment you may have already made.
For cat/small animal bookings, our policy is to refund 50% of the fee if cancelled within 7 days of the start date, or in the event of an early return, we’ll refund 50% of the remaining booking period.
For overnight stays, we’ll refund 50% of the booking fee if it happens within 7 days of the start date or in the case of an early return, we’ll refund 50% of the remaining booking period.
Deposits:
For Thanksgiving-Christmas-New Year’s overnight stays, we usually request a 20% deposit to book your dates. If you need to cancel before 90 days of the start date, we’ll refund or credit the deposit.
Holiday Premiums:
We add a $10/walk, visit, or night premium for major (bank) holidays. For holiday weekends, this is from Friday to Monday. For Thanksgiving and Christmas-New Year’s, this applies to the Friday before Thanksgiving to the Sunday after and the Friday before Christmas until the Sunday after New Year’s.
We’re always willing to negotiate fairly with our clients so that all parties are happy.
